A Refined Workspace at Northminster House

Huddlespace recently completed a full furniture installation at Northminster House, delivering a refined and functional workspace transformation across one entire floor of this landmark Peterborough building.

The brief was clear: create a modern, adaptable environment that enhances the building’s newly refurbished aesthetic while supporting everyday productivity and collaboration. The result is a workspace that feels professional, balanced, and effortlessly practical.

Working within the building’s clean architectural framework, we supplied and installed a carefully selected range of high-performance, commercial-grade furniture throughout the floor. Open-plan desking areas were designed to maximise natural light and circulation, while dedicated meeting spaces and breakout zones provide contrast — encouraging both focused work and informal collaboration.

Each furniture selection was chosen to complement the building’s contemporary finish: neutral tones, streamlined silhouettes, and durable materials that elevate the space without overpowering it. The layout supports flexibility, allowing the floor to adapt to evolving tenant needs while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.

The finished environment feels bright, efficient, and quietly confident — a workspace that prioritises usability without sacrificing design integrity. It’s a strong example of how thoughtful furniture specification can enhance a commercial setting, adding both comfort and long-term value.

This Northminster House project demonstrates our ability to integrate seamlessly within larger refurbishment schemes, delivering practical, high-quality solutions that support modern business requirements.
