These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of www.huddle-space.com (the "Website") and to any order placed with Huddlespace Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use or access this Website.
Huddlespace Limited reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms before making a purchase.

1. General Conditions
- You warrant that all information you provide when ordering is accurate, current, and complete.
- You agree that email communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications must be in writing.
- Huddlespace Limited reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate your access to the Website and/or any orders at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:
- You fail to make payment when due.
- You breach any of these Terms.
- You provide insufficient or incorrect information.
- We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
- All intellectual property, including website content, images, logos, and text, are owned by Huddlespace Limited and protected by copyright law.
2. Ordering and Acceptance
- All orders placed are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- No contract shall exist between you and Huddlespace Limited until an order is dispatched.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
- All prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Payment
- We accept most major credit and debit cards, along with approved credit account payments (subject to our approval process).
- Payment must be authorised by your card issuer. If your payment is declined, we are not liable for non-delivery.
- Ownership of all goods supplied remains with Huddlespace Limited until full payment is received.
4. Delivery
- Delivery times are approximate and may vary. Huddlespace Limited is not liable for delays outside of our control.
- Goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Any amendments must be confirmed by us in writing.
- Risk passes to you upon delivery.
5. Cancellations and Returns
- You have the right to cancel your order within seven (7) working days of receiving your goods, provided you notify us in writing.
- All cancellations must reference your name, address, order number, and reason for cancellation.
- Returns are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee, depending on the item.
- Bespoke, made-to-order, or customised goods are non-returnable unless defective - This includes all seating where a fabric has been chosen by the customer.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are proven defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless goods are proven to be defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Some items may be returned back to the factory or manufacturer so please wait for our return confirmation which will detail the return location.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
- Claims for faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods must be made in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
- We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion once the goods are inspected.
- Claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.
- If goods are reported as damaged or faulty and, upon return and inspection by Huddlespace Limited, are found not to be defective, it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for return postage should they wish to have the goods sent back.
- We reserve the right to withhold any refund or credit until full payment for re-delivery costs has been received and the situation is resolved to our satisfaction.
7. Product Descriptions
- We endeavour to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
- Colour variations can occur due to screen settings; we do not accept liability for minor discrepancies.
- In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.
8. Data Security and Privacy
- We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never sell your data to third parties.
- Your payment details are securely encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS regulations.

9. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or natural disasters.
10. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huddlespace Limited shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
- Any loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
- Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
11. Website Use
- We make no warranties that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We are not liable for loss of content uploaded through the Website or server interruptions.
- Use of the Website is at your own risk.
12. Ownership of Goods
- All products supplied remain the property of Huddlespace Limited until paid for in full, regardless of delivery or installation status.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
